Return Policy

Up to 14 days after your shipping date, returns can be refunded to the original form of payment. Store credit will be offered for any item returned after the 14 days and up to 30 days from your shipping date. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there was a shipping error or the items were damaged as a result from shipping. If you need to return an item you have purchased, please complete our return request form.

Return Request Form

  • All return or exchange items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • No refunds or exchanges can be accepted for merchandise on sale. All sale items are final sale.
  • Return requests must be received within 14 days after shipping date in order to receive an exchange or a full refund in the form of the original payment.
  • Return requests received after the 14 days but before 30 days after shipping date will be issued a store credit.
  • In order to make a return or exchange, a return request form must be completed. Click on the link below to fill out a return request form. Any items returned without The Island Cabana’s approval cannot be processed.

  • A return shipping label will be sent via email within 3 business days after a return request form has been completed and approved. A $6.00 flat rate for all items to be returned will be deducted from your refund total or store credit, if the label provided by The Island Cabana is used.
  • The $6.00 flat rate mentioned above will not be deducted from your total credit if items are being exchanged.
  • Returns must be sent back within 5 days from when the return shipping label is issued.
  • Should you choose to not use the return shipping label provided by The Island Cabana, a service that allows tracking and insurance must be used.
  • The Island Cabana is not responsible for any return items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
  • Once a return or exchange has been received, a confirmation email of your processed return will be sent.

Exchanges

  • The return request form must be completed and emailed to The Island Cabana within 14 days after your shipping date in order for an exchange to be processed. (hyperlink)
  • Please indicate on the return request form the reason for your exchange.
  • All exchange items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • When your exchanged item is received by The Island Cabana, the new item will be sent to you. In the event that your exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds

  • The return request form must be completed and emailed to the Island Cabana within 14 days after your shipping date in order for a refund to be processed.
  • Please indicate on the return request form the reason for your return.
  • All return items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If a credit card has since expired or is invalid, a refund will be given in the form of store credit. If an e-gift card was used as the original form of payment, a store credit will be issued.
  • Once a return request form has been sent and approved by The Island Cabana, the refund will be processed in accordance with the company’s policies. The refund will be processed once the return item(s) have been received by The Island Cabana.
  • Depending on your bank provider, refunds can take 7 – 14 days to process.

Damaged Items

  • If you received an item that was damaged or incorrect, you must notify The Island Cabana within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • A return request form must be completed in order for a damaged or incorrect item to be processed.
  • Once a return request from has been submitted and emailed to The Island Cabana, please return the incorrect or damaged items in the original shipping material.
  • Once the damaged or incorrect item has been received and confirmed by The Island Cabana to be damaged or incorrect, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If an e gift card was used as the original form of payment, a store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

  • A return request form must be completed and emailed to The Island Cabana within 15 – 30 days after your shipping date in order for a store credit to be issued.
  • The store credit can be used for a purchase online or in-store.
  • All return items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • Once the return item has been received by The Island Cabana, the store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued and mailed to you
